We had the chance recently to visit a new restaurant in Richmond – Tio Pablo – which is at 1703 East Franklin Street and open from 11am-2:30pm for lunch. Ashley had a DE CAMARONES Taco (shrimp sauteed with tomatoes, garlic & nopales, garnished with avacado) alon with a DE NOPALES con Jitomates Tostada (sauteed cactus with tomatoes & jalapenos. Jen had one taco each of the AL PASTOR con Pina Asada (grilled achiote-marinated pork & pineapple) and DE POLLO CHIPOTLE con Queso Oaxaca (roasted chipotle chicken with Oaxacan cheese). We also ordered fresh Guacamole. What can we say? There’s nothing like it in Richmond. Everything is fresh, unique, flavorful, yummy and gluten free! It was so nice to order right off the menu without asking a ton of questions about gluten! Not only were our stomachs and taste buds satisfied – I think we would have licked our plates clean if we would not have been in public. Two thumbs up on this spot! Check it out – and check out the video and wonderful atmosphere!

Do they have a web site yet? Does their menu specifically state anything about gluten?
Hey Jonathan, I’m sorry, I just realized that we never responded to your questions! Yes, the menu states all items are gluten free, even the tortilla chips are made in a dedicated gluten free fryer! You can see the menu on our facebook page…http://www.facebook.com/glutenfreerichmond
Hellooo there, just felt the need to express how great this blog is!
Hi,
My name is Greg and I am contacting you from Urbanspoon. I noticed that you have a spoonback (the Urbanspoon image link) for Tio Pablo in the comments section of your blog post. Thanks for linking to us! However, in order for the spoonback system to work correctly so we can link to your blog, it is necessary that the spoonback be placed in the actual post itself. So if you can please move the spoonback out of the comment and in to your actual post then we will be able to link to your blog on Urbanspoon. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Greg

Done and done! Thanks for catching that!
Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles
as long as I provide credit and sources back to your webpage?
My blog site is in the exact same niche as yours and my users would certainly benefit
from some of the information you present here.
Please let me know if this okay with you. Thanks!
Of course! Thank you! Jen
