Yes, you read correctly…gluten free beer batter for frying your favorite foods!  In this quick segment see where I found the gluten free beer and what else I used to put it all together.  And be sure to check back later for both the batter and the featured seasonal, stuffed squash blossoms written recipes.  They were fried until golden brown and the finished dish was crispy on the outside with a soft, cheesy inside that melts in your mouth!
